Booking Terms

The short version: a $500 deposit holds your place, you can reschedule once for free with a week's notice, and late changes carry a fee because I hire the studio by the day. Everything below is explained again at your consultation before you pay anything.
Your deposit
A $500 deposit secures your booking and comes off your final balance. You pay it once, for the whole treatment, after your consultation. The remaining balance is split across your first two sessions.
Rescheduling a session
Life happens. You can reschedule once for free with 7 or more days notice. Otherwise:
- Any further change with 7 or more days notice: $110
- 3 to 7 days notice: $110
- Less than 3 days notice, or if you don't show up: $250
The fee is paid before your next session is rebooked.
Why the fees? I hire the studio by the day and pay for it whether you're in the chair or not. With enough notice I can release the day. With less notice, I can't.
Cancelling your treatment
Your deposit is non-refundable. It holds your place, and I plan and book the studio around it. If you cancel, the full deposit is kept. Once treatment has started, the deposit has been applied to your first session.
If I need to cancel
If I have to reschedule a session, I'll offer you the next available day at no cost. If that doesn't work for you, your deposit is refunded in full.
On the day
If your scalp is sunburnt, broken or irritated on the day, we may need to reschedule for your safety. I'll do my best to give you notice at your pre-session check-in so this doesn't count as a late change.
